Purplemet Cloud 1.17.0 New Features
Updates and new features
Purplemet Cloud 1.17.0 is now available! This new version features several updates and enhancements compared to the previous version, as described hereafter.
Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV)
Purplemet provides you the KEV attribute for each detected CVE. You could know which CVEs are exploited in the wild and prioritize your remediation efforts.
End of life technologies
Unsupported technologies are now tagged as security issues for your web applications. You can easily filter them to plan a migration to an up-to-date version thanks to the new Technologies view with its filter tabs.
The new End of Life security issue is available in the Issues view and can be also filtered thanks to the filter tabs.
New changes
You will see new Changes when a technology is not detected anymore and when a security issue is fixed.
Usage notifications
You will receive new notifications related to your usage, in particular when your last login is more than two months old, or when you did not launch analyses for a long time. You will also get a monthly usage report in your mailbox. Of course, any of these notifications can be disabled in your account settings.
Additional updates
- UI views provide you now with shortcuts to access directly a web application or a technology view.
- EPSS and KEV for detected CVE issues are now included in the reports.
- User API endpoints are now available in the API documentation.
